Water, hydrolyzed protein collagen isolate, whey protein isolate, calcium caseinate, taurine, alanine, acidity regulators (citric acid, sodium citrate), preservative (potassium sorbate) sweetener (sucralose), flavour, colours (caramel - Pear Flavour, Camosine Colour - Cherry Flavour, Ponceau 4R - Tutti Fruitti, Ponceau 4R - Strawberry, Green S, Tartrazine - Lemon&Lime - may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children), preservative (benzoic acid).

Recommended use

1 portion immediately after and/or before exercise. Shake before use. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 24 h.
